Learning Journeys

We all know that, if we want to acquire a new skill, it might require more than one short lecture or training. Accordingly, we organize tools and training into “Learning Journeys” that will take you where you want to go.

The journey starts with a short introductory eLearning to introduce you to the concepts of Cultural Values and Cultural Intelligence, followed by your personal CQ Assessment and CV Survey. A 4-hour interactive workshop helps you put what you have learned into context. Following your workshop, you get access to a library of additional materials to help you along the way as you hone your leadership skills.
Put your intact Team through our Teams Workshop that features a short eLearning introduction to Cultural Values. Everyone takes our Cultural Values survey followed by our 4-hour interactive Teams session that includes the Teams CV Mapping exercise. If there is any interpersonal friction in your Team, this workshop helps address those frictions by providing ways to discuss differences that are non-judgmental and turns differences into strengths.
Become Certified in CQ at one of our public certification sessions. Then, attend one or more of our Train-the-trainer sessions. Along the way you will take our 360-degree CQ Assessment, get exposed to many of our eLearning, earn a license to resell our assessments and training programs, and get access to a private library of support materials.

Meet Linn
Dr. Linn Van Dyne, CEO
Dr. Van Dyne was one of the original researchers who, along with colleagues at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, developed the CQ™ Assessment – an academically validated instrument that measures Cultural Intelligence. She is a Professor Emeritus at Michigan State University and has authored many peer-reviewed academic articles and has co-authored several books about CQ™.
Meet Iva
Iva Jablan, General Manager Europe
Born and raised in Montenegro, Iva obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics, Management, and Finance from Bocconi University In Italy and her Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Business Development from Skema Business School in France. She is a certified CQ facilitator who speaks English, Serbian, Italian, and French.
