Hi I’m Iva Peruničić, the General Manager of the Cultural Intelligent Center Europe
I was born and raised in Montenegro, and I hold academic credentials from institutions in various countries, including Bocconi University (Italy), Skema Business School (France), and Gothenburg University (Sweden). I am a CQ Certified Facilitator who speaks Montenegrin, English, and Italian.
My vision is to empower individuals and organizations not only to embrace diversity but to thrive through it, leveraging the power of Cultural Intelligence. My passion is combining my lived experience and my expertise to help others achieve equity and belonging and help them build a future that is built on pillars of psychological safety, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and secure to express themselves openly.
